Receptions and Parties
All reception and party packages include the following for 100 guests (max capacity 147):
- Access to the property to setup at 10am
- 3,000 sq. ft. Pavilion that can be enclosed in cooler weather w/ heaters
- Large patio with hanging lights under Grand Oak Trees
- 4 hours of event time
- Chairs for up to 100 guests (max 150)
- Tables – 60” Round, 48” Round, 6 ft. buffet and Cocktail Tables
- Tablecloths
- Setup and Tear Down of Tables/Chairs
- Use of Dressing Rooms Day of Event
- Use of Prep/Warming Kitchen Day of Event
- Indoor and Handicap Accessible Restrooms
- Staff-assisted Parking for guests
- 1-2 Staff Members present during event
- Use of Arbors, Whiskey Barrels, Rustic Bar, and Wood Backdrop
- Choose your own Vendors
- 1 Planning session with wedding coordinator/party planner
